Warranty Instructions
2 Years Warranty
Warranty does not cover misuse, staining, discoloration, or scratching of the non-stick interior, painted aluminium exterior, or stainless steel exterior.
Use the cookware only as per the product instructions/manual.
Before first use, remove any sticker from the coating surface (if present) and wash the cookware in warm, soapy water.
Choose the correct burner size so heat touches only the bottom of the cookware and does not rise along the side walls.
Some ranges may not be induction compatible; always check the product manual.
Once boiling point is reached, reduce the heat. Continuous high heat may cause discoloration.
Always use low heat while heating oils, as oils can overheat quickly and cause fire.
For cookware with non-stick interior, it is recommended to season the pan before first use.
To season: heat the pan on low for 30 seconds, remove from heat, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, and rub it across the entire surface using a paper towel.
Repeat seasoning after every 10 dishwasher cycles or if accidental overheating occurs.
Always use low to medium heat with non-stick cookware.
Aluminium cookware conducts heat very quickly; high heat may damage the non-stick coating and such damage is not covered under warranty.
Never allow cookware to boil dry or leave an empty pan on a heated burner.
Do not use glass lids with cracks, chips, or scratches and do not attempt to repair damaged cookware.
Handles and knobs may become very hot; always keep pot holders or gloves handy.
While cooking, ensure handles are not positioned over other hot burners.
Handles and knobs attached with screws may loosen over time; if so, tighten them.
Wooden or plastic utensils are recommended for most non-stick surfaces.
Metal spoons can be used only on metal spoon-friendly non-stick coating and must not have sharp edges.
Allow cookware to cool completely before cleaning.
Clean using warm, soapy water with a soft cloth or sponge.
Never use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads like steel wool, scouring powder, or oven cleaner.
Discoloration can be removed using a stainless steel cleaner or by adding lemon juice or vinegar to your regular cleaning solution.
Avoid leaving food in the pan after cooking as it may damage the surface over time.
Cookware with a hard-anodised exterior is not dishwasher safe.
