The Bosch CrispMaxx MAF671B0IN is a 7.2-litre digital air fryer built for a family of three to four. Instead of a deep-frying oil bath, it circulates high-speed hot air around the food, so you get a crisp finish using up to 90% less oil than deep frying.
An 1800W heating element holds a steady temperature between 40°C and 200°C, and the digital touch panel with a 60-minute timer means you can set it and walk away rather than hovering over the basket. The frying basket and tray are both non-stick and dishwasher-safe, and a built-in odour filter keeps fried smells from lingering in the kitchen.

- Run the fryer empty at maximum temperature for about 10 minutes before first use to clear any manufacturing odour.
- Clean the basket with a soft sponge and mild detergent only a metal scrubber will damage the non-stick coating.
- Let the basket cool to room temperature before rinsing; don’t run cold water over it while it’s still hot.
- Wipe the top heating element with a damp microfibre cloth once cool, and check periodically for grease buildup.
- Leave at least 5 inches of clearance around the air vents while it’s running.
