The Site offers a wide range of products across various categories including, but not limited to, cosmetics, kitchenware, crockery, toys, gifts, imitation jewelry, stationery, and ladies’ accessories.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery of products as per the estimated delivery timelines. However, we shall not be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation strikes, weather conditions, or operational delays by our logistics partners.
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at the time of checkout and may vary depending on location and shipping method selected.
Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email and/or SMS. It is the customer’s responsibility to track and receive the package.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns subject to the conditions specified in our Returns and Refunds Policy, which is available on the website.
A return or refund request must be initiated within the stipulated period from the date of delivery, and the product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging, with tags intact.
Requests can be submitted via the ‘Return Request’ button in your Vistaya account profile or by emailing support@vistaya.in with order details and issue description.
All returns and refunds are subject to inspection, verification, and approval by the Vistaya Store management.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed via the original method of payment, and may take 5–7 business days to reflect.

The language of arbitration shall be English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra.
