Returns Policy
We currently accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
✅ How to Request a Return
- You can place a return or refund request directly from your Vistaya account by clicking on the ‘Return Request’ button in your order history.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged via our logistics partner, Delhivery.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate a replacement or refund as applicable.
Important: Management Approval Required
All returns and refunds are subject to approval by Vistaya’s management.
The process includes a quality check and verification of the issue reported.
Only after confirmation will your return/refund request be accepted.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

Return is approved by the management after product inspection.

The item is returned in unused, original condition.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
