Product Details

Some cookers just look different and the Stahl Xpress Belly Pressure Cooker is one of them, with its wide, rounded belly shape that is not just about looks but actually changes the way your food cooks.

The wide belly base gives you more surface area at the bottom, which means gravies, curries, and one-pot meals spread out and cook more evenly rather than sitting in a narrow column inside a regular tall cooker.
Built from premium triply stainless steel with no non-stick coating, it is completely safe for daily cooking pure food-grade steel is all that ever touches your food.
The Xpress valve system makes pressure release quick and controlled, so you are not waiting around after cooking and there is no messy steam spraying everywhere.
At 5L capacity it is a great fit for a family of three to five large enough for a proper Sunday biryani or a big batch of rajma, but not so large that it feels clunky for everyday use.
The ergonomic handles are designed to stay cool and give you a firm grip even when the cooker is full and heavy a small detail that matters a lot in daily use.

If you want a cooker that looks good, performs well, and is built without shortcuts, the Stahl Belly is a solid choice you will not regret.

Features

The Stahl Xpress Belly is designed for people who want more than just a standard pressure cooker the wide base and triply build together deliver cooking results that a regular cooker simply cannot match.

Distinctive Belly Shape The wider, rounded base gives more cooking surface area, which helps gravies and curries cook more evenly and allows for gentle sautéing inside the cooker before pressure cooking.
Triply Stainless Steel Body Three bonded layers two of stainless steel with an aluminium core ensure heat distributes evenly across the entire cooking surface, eliminating hot spots completely.
Xpress Pressure Release Valve Release pressure quickly and safely after cooking without waiting for natural steam drop a big time-saver on busy weekday evenings.
No PTFE or PFOA Coating Zero non-stick coating anywhere inside the cooker. Just clean, food-grade stainless steel that will not flake, chip, or leach anything into your food.
5L Capacity Ideal for families of three to five. Large enough for full meals, small enough to handle comfortably even when full.
Multi-Stove Compatible Works on gas, induction, and electric stoves without any adaptor plate versatile and future-proof.
Ergonomic Stay-Cool Handles The handles are designed to stay cool on the outside even while the cooker is under full pressure safe and comfortable to carry from stove to table.
Easy Interior Cleaning The smooth stainless steel interior has no ridges or coating to trap food residue a soft sponge and warm water is all you need after most uses.
Sturdy, Polished Exterior The mirror-finish exterior resists staining and discolouration, and the solid build means it will not dent or warp even with years of regular use.
Backed by Stahl’s Quality Promise Stahl is known for making cookware without compromises this cooker comes with a warranty and a reputation built on genuinely good materials.

Care Instructions

The Stahl Belly is low-maintenance by design a few simple habits after every use will keep it in perfect condition for many years of daily cooking.

Hand Wash After Every Use Use warm water with mild soap and a soft non-scratch sponge. Avoid soaking it for long periods as it can cause watermarks on the steel surface.
Remove and Wash the Gasket Separately Take out the rubber gasket ring after each use, wash it with soap and water, and let it air dry completely before reassembling. Never leave it wet inside the groove.
Inspect the Valve Before Cooking Before each use press the Xpress valve once to make sure it moves freely. If it feels sticky or clogged, rinse it under running water and dry before using.
Never Use Steel Wool or Abrasive Pads These will scratch the stainless steel surface permanently. Always use a soft cloth, microfibre towel, or a non-scratch kitchen sponge.
Remove Rainbow Stains Naturally A light rainbow or bluish discolouration inside the cooker is normal with stainless steel. A quick simmer of water and a splash of white vinegar removes it without any scrubbing.
Always Dry Before Storing Dry the cooker, lid, and gasket thoroughly before putting them away. Trapped moisture, especially around the rim and handles, is the main cause of surface marks over time.
Do Not Lock the Lid During Storage Store the lid resting on top without locking it down. This lets air circulate inside, prevents any stale smell from building up, and extends gasket life.
Replace the Gasket Every 12 Months With daily use the rubber ring gradually loses elasticity. If you notice steam escaping from the sides rather than the valve during cooking, it is time to replace the gasket.
