All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues.

 

3. International Shipping
We currently ship only in India.

Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost (if shipped Internationally).

Vistaya Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes (if shipped Internationally).

 

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
